Have you ever thought to yourself that "if only I could live yesterday over." I may be the only one who has thought that. Simply because there was something that I should have done yesterday and now it is too late. It is surely true that you can never get yesterday back no matter what. Sometimes I feel so bad about the day before because I either did or Said something bad something I regret today! So then I say to myself ,"well I must take care to do what I can do and say what I need to say in that moment and not let it pass me up. I do not like looking back only to regret that I did not do what I should have done. I used to be so very hard on myself because of this that I would just decide to not even try. However "Rome was not built in a day" as they say so I have learned not to judge myself for what was not done or said but to use it as a stepping stone for the day I wake up to which of course is today!
