I used to think I would never be able to meditate simply because there were so
many voices them me to do different and to jockey for control of the body. I found
that once I had freed up my little ones and they were integrated it became much
easier to meditate and realize what strength I had from that integration. If we
meditate on something and topped and asked yourself such questions as what,
why, where, when, and whom.
When we ask ourselves these questions we come to a conclusion and a new
thinking about this subject. What is it that you are worried about,why did this
develop, where has this occurrence come to be, when it became a problem and is
there other people involved in this problem. What can I do about this
situation,why does this involve me,where did it all happen,when did this start, and
what can I do to correct it.Who can I reach out to solve this problem.
My senses are awakened when I am by the ocean.
