I have always thought that honesty is the key to all that is important in life yet in my heart there cropped up in me the word denial. Oh, this was not something that I came to realize instantly in fact my case of denial was so great it blocked so much of my life how could I be truly honest with others if I could not be honest with myself. This was something that took so much time because I had convinced myself that I was okay!
My denial started when I was a child because I knew no other way to cope. It began with my creating many alters to deal with abuse but more then that it began to be in every thread of my life. My young life was one that showed that I had forgotten everything about my childhood. In fact everything had been blacked out! However this denial continued for so many years that I do not realize that it had taken over my whole life. I was in such deep denial that my life did not seem to be my own for so long and it came to be true.I will explain more in the next post! Comments are closed.
